The institution was established in the year 2007 as constituent college of JNTU Kakinada and bifurcated as Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University -Gurajada Vizianagram, University College of Engineering Vizianagaram in the year 2022, Has been offering flagship Technological Education in the coastal region of Andhra Pradesh.
